1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the ctinnovations.ru website (the "Website") owned by Limited Liability Company "Center of Technology Innovation" (LLC "CTI", INN 2221263040, OGRN 1252200008631). By using the Website, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

The Website content is informational in nature and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific page.

To order software development services or consulting, please contact LLC "CTI" via the contact form, email or phone listed on the Contact page. Terms for specific services are defined by a separate agreement.

3. Pricing

Indicative pricing and the cost-calculation method for LLC "CTI" services are published in the "Company Details & IT Activity" section on the About page. The final cost, timeline and payment terms of a specific project are defined by an agreement between the parties following approval of the technical specification.

4. Intellectual Property

The texts, images, logo, design and other materials on the Website are intellectual property of LLC "CTI" or are used on a lawful basis. Copying or using Website materials without prior written consent of LLC "CTI" is prohibited, except as permitted by Russian law.

Rights to software developed by LLC "CTI" under agreements with clients are transferred to the client on terms defined by the relevant agreement (as a usage license or through assignment of exclusive rights).

5. Contact Form

Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed based on the user's separate consent to the processing of personal data (ctinnovations.ru/en/consent) in accordance with the LLC "CTI" Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided "as is". LLC "CTI" does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website and is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website.
