Warranty Service
Developed software comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, LLC "CTI" fixes defects, provides necessary updates and offers operational consultations free of charge.

System Maintenance & Deployment Readiness
In addition to warranty service, LLC "CTI" provides computer systems maintenance (OKVED 62.03.13) and deployment-readiness services (OKVED 62.02.4): remote and on-site support, equipment setup, integration with the client's internal systems, and operator training.
