Information about software licenses and intellectual property rights

1. Rights to Developed Software

LLC "CTI" (INN 2221263040) develops software for clients under individual agreements. Rights to the developed software are transferred to the client on terms defined by the specific agreement — either as a non-exclusive usage license or through assignment of exclusive rights, depending on the agreed cooperation model.

As of the current date, LLC "CTI" has no software products included in the Russian Software Registry (Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases).
