Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Giving Consent

By ticking the "I give my consent to the processing of personal data" checkbox and submitting the contact form on ctinnovations.ru, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to Limited Liability Company "Center of Technology Innovation" (LLC "CTI"), INN 2221263040, OGRN 1252200008631, address: 656052, Altai Krai, Barnaul, Georgiya Isakova St., 111, apt. 15 (the "Operator") to process my personal data under the terms below, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.

2. Personal Data

Name (and/or other form of address entered in the form); email address; company name (if provided); information I include in the message; IP address, date and time of form submission.

3. Purposes

Reviewing and responding to my inquiry; discussing, preparing and concluding a contract for software development and consulting services; recording the fact that consent was given.

4. Processing Operations

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, with or without automation tools.

Personal data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties except as required by Russian law. No cross-border transfer takes place; recording, systematization, accumulation and storage are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation.

5. Term and Withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from the date it is given, or until withdrawn.

The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to contact@ctinnovations.ru or to the Operator's postal address. Upon withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within ten business days of receipt, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

6. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the LLC "CTI" Privacy Policy (ctinnovations.ru/en/privacy) and that my rights as a data subject under Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ have been explained to me.
